Description
Compu-Flow® introduces the technologically advanced industrial-grade magnetic single point insertion flow meter
for superior flow measurement: The Compu-Flow® Smart-Mag™. The revolutionary new and enhanced hardware and software design results in a low-profile, high performance flow meter that delivers precise flow readings due to it’s advanced proprietary microprocessing technology. Compu-Flow® introduces the first in its class Smart-LED indicators to immediately know what your flow is doing at-a-glance. Stainless-steel probe with stainless-steel electrodes are mounted in teflon for extended service life. Upper housing and all hardware is either PVC or stainless-steel.
The Compu-Flow® Smart-Mag™ produces a rapidly reversing magnetic field in the probe, and as the fluid moves through this field a voltage is generated. This voltage is measured and translated into a frequency signal that is proportional to flow rate. This digital signal can be sent directly to a PLC or other control or can be converted using any of the Compu-Flow® indicators or receivers. Signal cable is standard 25’, optional to 2000’.
The complete lack of moving parts in the Compu-Flow® Smart-Mag™ flow sensor is the source of its reliability. There is no rotor to stop turning in dirty water and there are no bearings to wear out. Stainless hardware probes withstand a variety of temperature, pressure, and chemical conditions. Reverse flow-output and submersible models are optional. The Smart-Mag™ is a stand-alone flow sensor.

TEKSCO USA warrants all Compu-Flow® products for a period of 2 years from date of purchase to conform to the published specifications and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts or products at the discretion of the manufacturer. TEKSCO USA is not responsible for product damage caused by use or misuse nor will they assume liability for any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or installations by other than their personnel or representative. Products to be returned to the factory for warranty repair must have prior approval from TEKSCO USA. Liability will not be accepted for unauthorized returns. No liability will be accepted for damages to customers equipment and/or materials due to use or misuse of the products nor for any loss of profits or other special damages.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranty or merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies of repair or replacement as set forth above are the only remedies under this warranty. TEKSCO USA disclaims any obligation or liability for loss or use of the product warranted, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or any other direct, consequential, special, or incidental damages.
